Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. Aaramly connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number, so customers keep messaging you exactly as before.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

It replies in your spa's name and tone. Complaints, refunds and large corporate enquiries are always handed to you, and you can take over any chat at any time.

My staff aren't comfortable in English.

Where does the payment money go?
